Our Commitment To You

We’re committed to clear, consistent, and proactive communication with landowners throughout the project. That means active engagement at every stage, and relationships built on fairness and respect rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. It also means fair market value for pipeline right-of-way agreements, and making sure you have a clear understanding of the process, timelines, and what to expect along the way. T

What a Right-of-Way Agreement Involves

A right-of-way (easement) allows the pipeline to be constructed and operated across a defined portion of your property. You retain ownership of your land.

Permanent easement: 60 feet
Additional temporary workspace during construction: approximately 75–100 feet
Compensation is based on fair market value, and is discussed directly with you before any agreement is signed
No construction begins on your property without a signed agreement in place

Restoration

Restoration isn’t an afterthought — it’s a defined phase of the project:

Construction materials and equipment are removed from the site
Permanent erosion control measures are installed
A final seedbed is laid down across all disturbed areas
Seed mixes are selected according to landowner or governing agency requirements
Restoration activities continue with the goal of returning land to its pre-construction condition or better
